Crochet graph maker

In short: Turn an image into a crochet graph for tapestry crochet, mosaic-style bags or pillow panels. Each square is one single crochet; rows are numbered from the bottom and written out right-to-left and left-to-right as you work them, with yarn estimates per colour. The chart corrects for single crochet being slightly wider than tall. Free: unlimited on-screen patterns, colour key, materials list and PNG chart download. PDFs up to 60×60 are always free, plus your first full-size PDF; after that a larger print-ready PDF is $2.99 per photo, or $7.99 for 30 days of unlimited PDFs.

Tapestry vs C2C vs graphgan

Tapestry crochet carries all colours inside the stitches — best with 2–4 colours. Graphgan uses bobbins and suits more colours. C2C builds diagonal blocks and is fastest for blankets. Switch styles in the settings; the instructions update.

FAQ

What is a crochet graph?

A grid where each square is one stitch in a colour. You follow it row by row to crochet the picture.

Why does my crochet picture look stretched?

Single crochet stitches are not square. This graph maker adjusts the row count so the finished piece keeps the photo's proportions.
